                              Terms And Conditions

1.Club Purpose and Objectives:

i) The DCC Esports Club is established to provide students with opportunities to participate in competitive gaming. enhance their skills, and foster teamwork, strategy, and discipline within an academic environment.

2. Membership Eligibility:

i) Membership is open to all current students of Dhaka Commerce College.

ii) Students must maintain a minimum GPA of (Minimum 4.00 GPA) to join and continue participating in club activities.

iii) Members must adhere to all college rules, regulations, and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Code of Conduct:

i) Cyberbullying, harassment, cheating, or any farm of misconduct during gaming events will not be tolerated. Vialations will lead to disciplinary action, including potential expulsion from the club.

ii) Members are responsible for upholding the integrity of the club both inside and outside of college, especially in online gaming spaces

4. Participation Rules:

i) Club events, tournaments, and practice sessions will be held outside of class hours, typically on weekends. ii) All members must seek approval from the club management to participate in any external tournaments.

iii) The club logo and name should be used appropriately and not associated with activities that may harm the reputation of Dhaka Commerce College.

5. Equipment and Facilities Usage:

i) No equipments will be provide by the college for any competition or practices. Students must use their own equipments.

ii) College-provided spaces for esports activities must be respected and kept clean. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on future facility use

6. General Provisions:

i) The club committee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to members

ii) All decisions made by the club committee in disciplinary matters are final.

iii) Any disputes or issues not covered by these terms will be resolved in accordance with college policies.

iv) Club membership fees and event participation fees will be collected as necessary to support the club's activities. All transactions must be documented and transparent.

v) Club funds must be used for club-related purposes only, such as purchasing equipment, organizing events. or covering participation fees for tournaments
